Team Charter
Preamble
This charter applies to all players participating in a Pin Enhancer–certified event or tournament.
By registering via https://app.pinenhancer.com/, the player accepts these rules and agrees to abide by them.
1. Prerequisites

Play honestly, without cheating or technical manipulation of the machines.

Accept the referees’ decisions, even in case of disagreement.

Avoid any unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior.
2. Membership and Commitment

Handle pinball machines and equipment with care.

Immediately report any malfunction or issue to the organizer.

It is forbidden to modify or adjust a machine without authorization.
3. Values and Conduct

Respect other players, organizers, and spectators.

Use respectful language and behavior.
-
Zero tolerance for any racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory remarks.
4. Identity and Image

Check your availability before registering for an event.

Inform the organizer in case of withdrawal.

Cover your own personal expenses related to participation (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
5. Transfers, Mergers, and Sponsors

Player changes during the season are subject to prior approval from the league and are only permitted if roster spots remain available, up to a maximum of five players.

Team sponsors are allowed provided they align with the league’s values and do not create any conflict with its official sponsors.
6. External Communication

Accept that tournament results will be published on https://app.pinenhancer.com/ and integrated into the Pin Enhancer Ranking.

Understand that any breach of this charter may result in:

a warning,
-
exclusion from an event,
-
or even temporary or permanent suspension from the ranking and tournaments.
