Guide pratique Organisateur

  • Before creating your first tournament, make sure you meet the following requirements:

    • Be of legal age (18 or older).

    • Be officially registered (company, self-employed, association, etc.).

    These conditions ensure proper management of registrations, payments, and legal aspects related to event organization.

    • If you haven’t already, go to the Pin Enhancer app, click on Create an Enhancer Account, and fill in your information.

    • Then, please contact us via the contact form to submit your “Become a Tournament Organizer” request.

  • To securely manage registrations and payments, each organizer must have a Stripe account.

    • Once your Organizer Account is approved by the Pin Enhancer team, you will receive a unique link to create your Stripe account.

    Important: This link is valid for only 5 minutes. We recommend clicking it as soon as you receive it—ideally during a call with our team.
     

    • Enter your legal information (name, address, contact details, banking information, etc.).

    • Once completed, your Stripe account will be automatically linked to Pin Enhancer.

    • The financial distribution will be 75% of revenue for the organizer and 25% for Pin Enhancer.

    Congratulations! You’re now ready to create tournaments and manage Enhancer registrations!

  • Creating a New Tournament

    1. Click the “Create Tournament” button.

    2. Fill in the essential information:

      • Tournament Name

      • Photo

      • Date and Location

      • Description

      • etc.

    3. Save: your tournament is now created and visible in your dashboard.
      Note: You can modify your tournament information at any time.

    VERY IMPORTANT:
    Never use any registration or payment system other than the one provided by Pin Enhancer, otherwise your players will not be able to benefit from the platform’s services!

  • In your Dashboard, under the TOURNAMENT tab, you can access the complete list of registered participants.
    Each entry displays:

    • The player’s username and full name.

    • The payment status.

    • Quick actions (Edit or Delete registration).

    Payment Validation

    When an Enhancer registers, their payment is processed through Stripe.

    As soon as you receive payment confirmation from Stripe, you must manually validate the registration by checking the “Paid” status (blue button).

    This helps clearly distinguish confirmed registrations from those pending payment.

    Best Practices

    • Regularly check payment statuses on Stripe and update them in your dashboard.

    • Only consider a player officially registered once the “Paid” status has been activated.
